Direct access to users is always the best approach. But sometimes a client needs a just-in-time solution to make the most of a market opportunity. There may not be time to recruit customers for focus groups or design workshops. In cases like these, we can leverage our experience in Rich Internet Applications to develop generalized user profiles that can help bring the users into the room.
