Robert Willms

Most recently Robert was founder and CEO of digitalArbor, Inc., which was sold in early 2011. An innovative digital production and technology services provider, digitalArbor focused on efficient digital production and implementation in partnership with leading global brands.
Prior to digitalArbor, Robert spent more than 10 years as a senior leader at Digitas, LLC and Digitas, Inc., where he was part of the management team that scaled Bronner Slosberg Humphrey and the Strategic Interactive Group into what became Digitas as it grew more than 500%.
As executive vice president of Digitas, Inc., Robert looked at alternative business models in the rapidly evolving digital marketplace and led the creation of the company’s successful production services division, Prodigious. Prior to this role, he was the global head of Client Services as well as the global head of the company’s Strategy and Enablement Capabilities division. For more than 8 years, Robert also held the position of EVP/Relationship Leader of Digitas’ extensive relationship with General Motors, establishing, growing and managing one of Digitas’ largest integrated, cross-capability teams. Earlier, Robert was president of the Boston Region, Digitas LLC, with operating responsibility for several offices that accounted for more than 70 percent of Digitas’ total revenue at the time. Robert started his tenure at Digitas as managing director establishing the Digitas Chicago office in 2001.
Prior to joining Digitas, Robert helped build Bain & Company’s strategic consulting practice in Canada, where he focused on customer loyalty and cost reduction strategies in the banking, airline and integrated financial service industries.
Rob earned an M.B.A. (with Distinction) from the University of Western Ontario, Ivey School of Business, in Ontario, Canada.

Mavis Chin

Her experience includes consulting for such clients as American Express, FleetBoston, Merrill Lynch, SunTrust, The Vanguard Group, Salomon Smith Barney, Duke Energy, and Aetna. More »
Most recently, Mavis was vice president of global solutions at Viant Corporation where she was responsible for a $40MM budget with P&L responsibility, and overseeing 350 professionals in consulting and software services.
Prior to Viant, Mavis worked in the general management consulting practice of CSC Index, an international managing consultant firm, as a managing associate. Mavis also worked at Cambridge Technology Group and was an early member of the Cambridge Technology Partners team. Mavis holds her A.B. in Economics from Harvard University and an M.B.A. in Finance and Statistics from the University of Chicago.

Emily DeMelo
VP FinanceEmily DeMelo. Emily leads the global finance function at Optaros and is responsible for all financial operations, focusing on financial reporting and planning. Emily has over fifteen years of finance and accounting experience across a variety of complex organizations, including public, private and non-profit sectors. More »
Previously, Emily operated her own accounting and business advisory consulting practice dedicated to serving international companies. In this capacity, Emily filled various interim financial roles and was responsible for managing corporate finance initiatives, such as Sarbanes Oxley compliance and post acquisition integration services.
Prior to running her own consulting business, Emily spent three years at Viant Corporation as Corporate Controller. At Viant she was responsible for the overall accounting function, including external financial reporting and developing and maintaining a comprehensive system of internal controls. Emily also established and supported Viant's international financial operation.
Emily began her career as a Senior Auditor for McGladrey & Pullen, LLP, a national accounting, tax and consulting firm. She then went on to serve as Controller for Judge Baker Children's Center, a research and social services organization affiliated with Harvard Medical School and Children's Hospital.
Ms. DeMelo has a BS in Accounting from Merrimack College.

Kat McCabe
General CounselKat McCabe. Kat is Optaros' General Counsel. Prior to joining Optaros, Kat was Vice-President and General Counsel of Black Duck Software, based in Waltham, MA. In her role at Black Duck, Kat was a frequent public speaker on open source licensing and legal issues. Kat earned an AB in Modern Culture and Media from Brown University and a JD from Harvard Law School. More »
Prior to Black Duck, Kat spent five years as General Counsel of Kodak Imaging Network, Inc. (formerly Ofoto), based in Emeryville, California. In that role, Kat was an active member of company’s executive team and managed all legal matters in support of the company's online and mobile photography businesses in the US and Europe. Prior to Ofoto, Kat was in the licensing group of Fenwick & West, LLP and the business department of Farella, Braun & Martel LLP.

Amy Robinson

Prior to Optaros, Amy was Director of People Strategy & Practices at Omgeo. At Omgeo, she was responsible for guiding senior managers through post-merger change and designing HR solutions to strengthen and support organizational development. Previous to Omgeo, Amy served as Director of Global Recruitment at Viant, where she was instrumental in leading the recruitment strategy that resulted in the hiring of 600 consultants over an 18-month period.
Prior to Viant, Amy spent the early years in her HR career working within services companies in the Boston area. She holds her BA in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
