Bob Gett
Founder and CEOBob Gett. Bob Gett is the President and CEO of Optaros, Inc. Having served as Chief Information Officer of two major financial services companies and as an executive in two large IT services firms, Bob brings more than 30 years of IT leadership and experience to Optaros. More »
Most recently, Bob was the Chairman and CEO of Viant Corporation, which he grew to $125 million in annual revenue in four years. Viant was an early innovator in the development of internet-based business, serving clients such as Sony, Bank of America, JP Morgan and Turner Broadcasting.
Previously, as President of Cambridge Technology Partners North America, Bob developed CTP´s business strategy, methodology and execution ability. CTP became the leading IT consulting and systems integration firm focused on the deployment of client-server based business applications for Fortune 500 clients. Under his operations leadership, CTP's revenue grew to $120MM in six years. He was also a member of the Board of Directors.
As president of Fidelity Software Development Company, a subsidiary of Fidelity Investments, Bob led Fidelity´s IT strategy by introducing emerging technologies and advanced development capabilities into all companies within the Fidelity umbrella. As managing director and CIO of Smith Barney, Inc., Bob rebuilt the Information Services Division and led the development of new sales, trading and operation systems. As a principal at Nolan, Norton & Co., Bob managed one of three operating units that executed IT strategy and management consulting for various Fortune 500 companies. Bob began his career in the Management Services division of Touche Ross & Co. where he managed IT projects for several commercial and public sector clients.

John Rogers
CFOJohn Rogers. John Rogers is the Chief Financial Officer of Optaros and has more than 25 years of financial and executive management experience growing technology based companies. Mr. Rogers has served as the Chief Financial Officer for several high-growth software and technology companies for more than 15 years; most recently as CFO of CashEdge, a leading financial technology provider. Previously he was the North American CFO for LogicaCMG, a multibillion dollar international organization in IT services and wireless telecom. Prior to that, he was the Senior Vice President and CFO at Celox Networks, a network routing and IP service products company. His prior roles include executive and senior level management positions with ScanSoft, PADS Software, Cognex Corporation, Waters, and Bolt, Beranek and Newman. Mr. Rogers received his B.S. in Accounting from Bentley University and earned his CPA license while working at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Mavis Chin
VP Global DeliveryMavis Chin. Mavis Chin has over fifteen years of professional services experience in general management and technology consulting. Her experience includes consulting for such clients as American Express, FleetBoston, Merrill Lynch, SunTrust, The Vanguard Group, Salomon Smith Barney, Duke Energy, and Aetna. More »
Most recently, Mavis was vice president of global solutions at Viant Corporation where she was responsible for a $40MM budget with P&L responsibility, and overseeing 350 professionals in consulting and software services.
Prior to Viant, Mavis worked in the general management consulting practice of CSC Index, an international managing consultant firm, as a managing associate. Mavis also worked at Cambridge Technology Group and was an early member of the Cambridge Technology Partners team. Mavis holds her A.B. in Economics from Harvard University and an M.B.A. in Finance and Statistics from the University of Chicago.

Marc Osofsky

Previous to Optaros, Marc was vice president of marketing and product management at OATSystems, the leader in radio frequency identification (RFID) solutions where Marc led the development of the first software solution for Real-Time Promotion Execution. OATSystems was acquired by Checkpoint Systems at a 10X multiple to revenue. Marc was also vice president of marketing, product management and business development at Frictionless Commerce – the leading enterprise software company in the strategic sourcing market. Marc led Frictionless to a $20 million run-rate in two years and subsequent acquisition by SAP for a 5X multiple to revenue.
Marc began his career as a consultant at both McKinsey and Accenture. As a consultant, Marc worked with leading companies in retail, financial services, high tech, and media/telecom to help them implement growth strategies leveraging new technologies.
Marc has an MBA from MIT Sloan and a BA from Brown University.

Kevin Ludford
European Managing DirectorKevin Ludford. Kevin is the European Managing Director responsible for the Optaros organisation across Europe. He is instrumental in driving the Optaros business strategy into the European geographies. Kevin brings with him over 20 years experience within the software and professional services industry, having been responsible for the strategy and growth of new ventures, as well as expanding new markets and revenues across a number of Enterprise vendors. Kevin joins Optaros from Oracle where he played a key role in the growth of the new Enterprise 2.0 business with Oracle Europe. Prior to Oracle, Kevin had spent 10 years working within the Enterprise Content Management, Portal, Commerce and Search marketplace.

Brian Otis
VP Sales and Business Development, USBrian Otis. Brian leads Sales and Business Development at Optaros. Brian brings over twenty years of software sales and professional services consulting experience to Optaros. Most recently, Brian was Vice President of Sales and Field Operations at Sonic Software, an enterprise integration software and services company, where he was responsible for worldwide sales and all international operations. Prior to Sonic, Brian led the Technology Directions and Standards Group at Swiss Re, where he monitored and investigated new technologies and market trends to identify opportunities for Swiss Re business groups and advise Swiss Re investment entities.
Previously, Brian was the President and COO of Object Design, a $50MM data management division of eXcelon Corporation. While at eXcelon Brian also served as Senior Vice President of Operations, Senior Vice President of Engineering and Technical Support, and Vice President of Professional Services. During his tenure eXcelon grew from $8MM in annual revenue to over $70MM. Brian began his career at MIT Lincoln Laboratory before moving to Coopers and Lybrand's Advanced Technology Group.

Kat McCabe
General CounselKat McCabe. Kat is Optaros' General Counsel. Prior to joining Optaros, Kat was Vice-President and General Counsel of Black Duck Software, based in Waltham, MA. In her role at Black Duck, Kat was a frequent public speaker on open source licensing and legal issues. Kat earned an AB in Modern Culture and Media from Brown University and a JD from Harvard Law School. More »
Prior to Black Duck, Kat spent five years as General Counsel of Kodak Imaging Network, Inc. (formerly Ofoto), based in Emeryville, California. In that role, Kat was an active member of company’s executive team and managed all legal matters in support of the company's online and mobile photography businesses in the US and Europe. Prior to Ofoto, Kat was in the licensing group of Fenwick & West, LLP and the business department of Farella, Braun & Martel LLP.

Amy Robinson

Prior to Optaros, Amy was Director of People Strategy & Practices at Omgeo. At Omgeo, she was responsible for guiding senior managers through post-merger change and designing HR solutions to strengthen and support organizational development. Previous to Omgeo, Amy served as Director of Global Recruitment at Viant, where she was instrumental in leading the recruitment strategy that resulted in the hiring of 600 consultants over an 18-month period.
Prior to Viant, Amy spent the early years in her HR career working within services companies in the Boston area. She holds her BA in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
