As part of our process, we chat with our clients throughout the project to assess how we are doing. Most clients choose to keep these conversations private, but here is one example of a client's perspective on working with us. Steve Snyder is the CIO of the Massachusetts Convention Center Authority (MCCA). The MCCA has engaged us to develop an Event Management System (EMS) for them to run their entire business - a major effort.
