Workshops are a central feature of Optaros’ User Centered Design process. In User Design Workshops, our User Experience professionals work with actual Users to define the features of the System. We use wireframes to present screens that users might encounter in a real wokring system. Users tell us if the features and content in these wireframes meet their needs. This user feedback is incorporated into new wireframes refined by our UX professionals. These new wireframes are reviewed again by users, who tell us if we’ve got it right, and the process continues until we do get it right.
