Nearly one thousand developers, partners, vendors, and other IT professionals met in Orlando this week to dive deep on JBoss  technology. There were many valuable sessions, but the Seam Framework and SOA talks seemed to garner the biggest buzz.

Somewhat awkwardly, the formal announcement for the new JBoss SOA Platform was made after the conference keynote and the SOA birds-of-a-feather. Nevertheless, the good news is that JBoss ESB, jBPM, JBoss Rules, and the JBoss Application Platform are now rolled into a single distrubtion and commercially supported by JBoss.
