Brian leads Sales and Business Development at Optaros. Brian brings over twenty years of software sales and professional services consulting experience to Optaros. Most recently, Brian was Vice President of Sales and Field Operations at Sonic Software, an enterprise integration software and services company, where he was responsible for worldwide sales and all international operations. Prior to Sonic, Brian led the Technology Directions and Standards Group at Swiss Re, where he monitored and investigated new technologies and market trends to identify opportunities for Swiss Re business groups and advise Swiss Re investment entities.

Previously, Brian was the President and COO of Object Design, a $50MM data management division of eXcelon Corporation. While at eXcelon Brian also served as Senior Vice President of Operations, Senior Vice President of Engineering and Technical Support, and Vice President of Professional Services. During his tenure eXcelon grew from $8MM in annual revenue to over $70MM. Brian began his career at MIT Lincoln Laboratory before moving to Coopers and Lybrand's Advanced Technology Group.
